In addition to facing charges of custodial interference for the parental kidnapping - Leanna McConnell-Palacios also is facing charges for burglary and domestic violence assault.

A 13-year old California girl was abducted by her Uncle.  Cynthia Hernandez was abducted by her 45-year old Uncle, Juan Hernandez, reportedly after an argument with her mother.
