In addition to facing charges of custodial interference for the parental kidnapping – Leanna McConnell-Palacios also is facing charges for burglary and domestic violence assault.

Leanna McConnell-Palacios was arrested about 4:30 p.m. at a home in Northwest Portland with her two preschool daughters.
Apparently, McConnell-Palacios has previously been shown to be a danger to her ex-husband and the children. She was not permitted to see them and the father had custody. McConnell-Palacios violated a restraining order that was in place ordering her to stay away from the man and the pre-school aged girls – Aracely and Alicia.

Actually, Erica, the information posted is gained from actual evidence that is readily available and public information. The only ignorant, ill-informed individual here would be you. As always, feel free to provide some evidence to support your allegations and spare us your vulgar rhetoric. You’ll forgive me for not believing that in such a highly publicized case, a man shoving his wife out of a moving car a systematically beating his children would have come to light.
