It one of the more absurd allegations of felony child abuse, a father who insisted (using rather colorful language) his daughter turn the music off that was coming from her computer was met instead with a return volley of vulgarities from her.
When he threw a slice of pizza at her, striking the girl in the back of the neck, she call 9-1-1. Dad was arrested and charged with a 3rd-degree felony.

This was a bogus charge against this man. This girl has been very abusive to her mother, father, and her brother and sister. She had been arrested multiple times for domestic battery and she has also been arrested twice for stealing the parent’s car. The officer had been to the house before and was mad that he had to take the girl to jail, so when he came out on the night in question he immediately took the father to jail with no questions asked. This girl tried to stab her mother with a screw driver because she told her to stop hitting her father. The system is being abused by cops and DCF. They arrest the child and three hours later she is at home being mean again. There are no consequences for the child because she keeps getting let out, so she just doesn’t care.
